- Develop and implement a regional perspective of the global marketing plan.
- Represent regional needs, nuances, and requirements in campaign planning and execution.
- Design and execute innovative marketing programs to drive lead generation, nurture early pipeline, and support ABX initiatives
- Coordinate with sales leaders, AEs, BDRs, and account management teams to communicate plans, actions, follow-ups, and insights during regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with global field marketing to align resources, planning, and capacity, ensuring maximum return on event investments in the region.
- Work cross-functionally within marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the region meets its pipeline and revenue goals.
- Proven experience as a Marketing/Demand Generation Director in a technology-focused company, ideally within a startup
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation across multiple channels
- 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or account-based experience (ABX)
- Proven ability to lead collaboration across marketing, sales, and SMEs to support sales goals in the Americas
- Comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing strategies
