- Execute engineering, operations, and supply chain functions effectively
- Lead a high visibility production program and communicate with program and functional leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team
- Make technical presentations and establish strong customer relationships
- Create and maintain an integrated master schedule for all work
- Travel to other RTX sites as needed
- BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel in support of program activities
- Active U.S. government security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Experience with AESA design, test, and integration
- Previous Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band program experience
- Proficiency in negotiating with internal and/or external suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with project management tools and procedures
- Earned Value management experience and certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Advanced degree in relevant disciplines
- Experience as a technical leader or leading engineering teams

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced engineering Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to support our Next Generation Jammer production programs in McKinney, TX. As the IPTL, you will play a crucial role in program planning, Earned Value management, Risk & Opportunity management, engineering oversight, customer interaction, and more. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across various Raytheon sites, ensuring the successful execution of the NGJ program.
