    About the Role

    As an Automotive Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in our dealership's triumphs.
    Your mission? Providing our esteemed clientele with top-tier service, guiding them through every step of their vehicle selection and purchase journey, all while upholding the esteemed standards of our brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Extend a warm welcome and expert assistance to customers upon their showroom arrival.
    • Gain insight into each customer's vehicle preferences and needs.
    • Showcase the standout features and advantages of our vehicle inventory.
    • Arrange and conduct memorable test drives for customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Stay updated on current inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions.
    • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels.
    • Ensure post-purchase satisfaction through follow ups, fostering lasting relationships.
    • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed guidance.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior sales experience a plus.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven negotiation and persuasion prowess.
    • Self-driven with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
    • Basic computer proficiency: familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
    • Holds a driver's license and maintains a clean driving record.
