**General:** Meet and comply with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, work performance, quality, and attendance. Responsible for the timely and accurately packing and shipping of orders/cartons, which includes bulk processing, misweigh processing, and the loading of trailers. Process and prioritize direct sale orders, which includes performing a quality audit check and staging multi orders. Monitor work station for adequate supply of all packing materials. Will be required to work overtime as necessary. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by a supervisor or team leader.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently bend, squat, reach and stepping up to 14", occasionally kneel and ability to lift the following amounts of weight at and above shoulder level on occasions. The individual will constantly stand and/or walk. Constantly lift up to 20 lbs, frequently lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. Possess the ability to hear, talk, see, and distinguish between colors. In addition, this position requires cross-training in other areas of the facility.

**Qualifications**

**Education and/or Experience:** High School Diploma or equivalent required

**Language Skills:** Required to read and write English and follow verbal and/or written instructions.

**Mathematical Skills:** Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.

**Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
