    We are a family-owned and operated business with over 20 years of experience in the Central Ohio region.

    • 4+ years of HVAC field experience
    • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
    • Removing old HVAC systems
    • Installing new HVAC systems
    • Performing routine maintenance
    • Training junior team members
    • Communicating with clients and customers
    • Ordering and maintaining equipment
    • Running pipe and duct systems through homes
    • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
    • Understanding refrigeration cycles
    • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

    Responsibilities:

    As an HVAC Tech, Non-Licensed, your responsibilities will include:

    • Residential and commercial HVAC system installation
    • Removal of old HVAC systems
    • Performance of routine maintenance tasks
    • Training and mentoring junior team members
    • Client communication and customer service
    • Equipment ordering and maintenance
    • Pipe and duct system installation
    • Wiring diagram interpretation
    • Refrigeration cycle understanding
    • Technical data interpretation

    Benefits:

    We offer a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience.
