    Position: MRI Technologist - Disaster Response Team

    Department: MRI

    Shift: 8:00 pm - 6:30 am, Monday through Thursday (includes a 30-minute break)

    Critical Need: We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our Disaster Response Team. This role requires working overnight shifts and demands proficiency with Siemens and Client scanners, as well as experience with level 1 trauma cases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and safety standards.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging for emergency cases.
    • Maintain equipment functionality and report any issues promptly.
    • Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

    Requirements:

    • Valid credentials including annual physical exam, background check, and drug screen.
    • Current BLS (Basic Life Saving CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.
    • Experience with Siemens and Client scanners, along with proficiency in handling level 1 trauma cases.
    • Completion of required immunizations and titers including flu shot, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
    • Familiarity with documentation procedures and government regulations.
    • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care and safety.
