    Description
    The Program Manager will oversee large transformation programs at leading Fortune 500 companies.

    She will bring broader technical, delivery and business consulting skills from across the company to oversee a superior transformation journey for the client.


    Responsibilities:

    • Own client Program responsibility through the project's lifecycle, from project start to solution design and activity planning, successful delivery, and knowledge capture
    • Keeping business objectives of the program in mind, work closely with client project sponsor, cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timeline
    • nalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and manage status communication to stakeholders
    • Ensure the client is obtaining the business benefits as captured in the business case.
    • Enhance project capabilities by continuous improvements, strong partnership with the client Business, IT and other entities, globally, to ensure excellence in design and delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience in leading major transformational initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
    • Conversant with Agile and waterwall project methodologies
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong client engagement skills
    • Strong program governance skills
    • Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps experience a plus
    • Global experience working with multi-national companies in multi-cultural environments is a plus
    • Offshore team management experience
    • bility to work with distributed global teams on a flexible schedule
    • Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: Lifesciences (Pharma), Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Hi Tech
    • minimum of ten (12) years prior business consulting or equivalent industry experience
    • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
    • Willingness to travel up to 75%
