    Description
    Role: Workday Technical Lead

    Location: Washington, DC (On-site)

    Duration: Long Term Contract

    Task Description

    This role will be responsible for all technical activities to meet the client objectives to be delivered by the contractor.

    Required Skills/Level Of Experience

    • Has experience with at least 5 Workday implementations with at least 2 full implementations in a technical leadership position (e.g., technical architect), including for at least 1 customer of comparable size and scope to the client (>400k employees).
    • Experience leading the technical design and implementation for Workday implementations – 3 years.
    • Experience in technical roles related to HCM or ERP system implementations – 5 years.
    • Experience in business requirements analysis – 5 years.
    • Experience managing teams of people – 5 years.
    • Experience managing large complex enterprise system migration projects – 3 years.
    • TS Clearance Required

    Nice To Have Skills

    • Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
