Job Description

General Clerical specialist:
• Our Clerical Staff are key members of our team.
• They provide the highest levels of customer service by helping with administrative duties.
• Responsibilities, Assist with all clerical functions of Data Entry for Credit and New Accounts, process new accounts.
• Clerical and Customer service with branch, and other departments.
• Answer incoming calls and direct caller to appropriate person Open and distribute incoming mail maintain filing, fax, mail handle customer returns.
• May perform typing accuracy in data entry for multiple tasks.
• Qualifications, Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills, good typing skills, Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word MS Outlook Positive attitude Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects accurately and on time.
• Reliable, organized, attentive to detail and committed to high quality work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time well.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
