Job Description

Applied Innovation is looking to hire a Field Service Technician. This position involves on-site repairs of printers and other multi-functional devices. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Above-average mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-organization.
Motivated and self-starting attitude.
Team oriented.
Interest in building a long-term relationship with Applied Innovation.

Knowledge of print drivers and basic network communication is helpful. No previous experience is required. Training will be provided. This position requires travel within the South Bend and Elkhart areas.
