Staff Up is seeking an Interior Landscaping Technician for a Plant Company in Dallas, TX. This is a full time position working with a team to create installs for plants, etc. at commercial building, 5 star hotels, etc.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (MUST be flexible with hours)
Pay rate: $18/ Hourly

*Must have a satisfactory safe driving record, VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, and reliable transportation

Horticultural Installation Technician Duties:

• The Horticultural Installation Technician is responsible for the preparation and delivery of all horticultural products (Plants) and seasonal décor to our clients. On a structured schedule with an allotted time, the Installation Technician makes deliveries throughout our service region. Duties may include:
• Receive, unload and unpack plants and other freight
• Select, clean and prepare plants for installation routes
• Make deliveries of new installation work orders and or replacement work orders
• Maintain installation and color kits
• Load and unload delivery Vehicles
• Vehicle washing and maintenance
• General property/facility maintenance
• On a seasonal basis assist with delivery of holiday foliage and décor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to lift 10 lb. water buckets and/or load and unload 50-75 lb. plants and containers through out the day. Must be able to climb ladders and have good dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to use scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses and other small tools. Must be able to apply leaf cleaners and insecticides using hand-held pump sprayers. Must be able to professionally communicate with clients and have a neat and clean appearance.
