Description
PDS Defense, Incis seeking a Customer Service Representative in Anaheim, CA.
US Citizenship is required.This position will work closely with a team to assist with inside sales orders, specifically with customers in Japan
Performs duties related to overall customer service:Provides support to the sales team with regard to customer concernsInputs, maintains, and tracks sales orders in Epicor ERPCoordinates with sales reps and customers to provide product status and deliveryCoordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and quality to ensure timely shipmentsProvide monthly on-time delivery analysisClerical office support including scanning, document retention, and filingUnderstands the value of cooperating with coworkersKnowledgeable regarding the process of interacting with customers to provide positive experience and issue resolutionUnderstands company basic rules, policies, and proceduresUnderstands the importance of monitoring the status and quality of one's own workUnderstands the importance of adequately addressing and solving customer problemsAppreciates the importance of basing decisions on factual information and sound logicUnderstands the importance of remaining compassionate and empathetic when dealing with the problems of others
Basic Hiring Criteria:Associates/2 year degree or higher; 3-5 years experience in a customer service role in lieu of degreeMinimum 2 years exp using TechCell phone software, Smart Sheets (or Excel) particularly comfortable with VLOOP UP and SUM functionsExperience using and MRP system
