Resident Services Assistant - Portland - Providence Non-RN - Oregon

Description

We have multiple per diem/on call positions to cover patients in either West Portland or East Portland area. This role will perform basic service support aide duties for participants of PACE. Includes companionship, personal care, assists with w/c transfers and other support activities for participants located at contracted physician specialist offices.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to travel in a time-efficient manner between sites as assigned.
• No more than one chargeable accidents or citations within last three years.
• Knowledge of and ability to use proper body mechanics when assisting with transfers.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
