- Conducts variety of assessments such as suicidal, Vestibular Assessment, immediate needs, functional, living skills, and resource acquisitions
- Complete Interpretative summaries
- Develops crisis/treatment/behavioral plans and goals for clients
- Writes progress notes, summaries, and discharges
- Group and Individual Counseling services
- Skills Teaching
- Case Management
- Household management
- Implements the treatment/rehabilitative activities and strategies
- Crisis Prevention
- Medication Administration
- Participates in weekly staff meetings
- Reports significant / major incidents or accidents
- Establishes high levels of mutual trust and support with others.

- At least a bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2000 hours (post Bachelor degree) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness
- Or, Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
- Valid driver's license and car insurance required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
- Operate general office equipment

SpringPath Mental Health Services is a leading agency in providing recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation services. Our agencies provide care and treatment for clients who are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms, who are demonstrating significant functional impairments, and who may have co-occurring chemical dependency. Founded on the core principles and values of hope, partnership, choice and self-direction, our program and services help individuals develop the skills and access the resources needed to increase their capacity to be successful and satisfied in the living, learning, working and social environment of their choice. Services provided include Intensive Residential Treatment Service (IRTS), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), with a focus on the evidence-based practices of Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Supported Employment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
