- Create, manage and maintain the Customer's Strategic Planning and Partnering Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project
- Maintain the Customer's Strategic Initiatives Project Portfolio and facilitates Strategic Planning Goal team meetings
- Principle advisor to Customer on all issues involving planning and operations, and benefits of the IMS
- Meet regularly with key staff to keep IMS updated, and to make recommendations that shall provide ongoing improvements to the
- Provide monthly IMS strategic activities and performance reporting to Customer's Senior Leadership
- Maintain, develop and direct activities for performance measures utilizing Tableau Creator software with oval status of projects
- Responsible for the coordination and completion activities of strategic initiatives, monitoring and product status updates, to include maintaining and managing the IMS using MS Project
- Provide overall consultation, and advisement to staff and key Senior Leadership on workflow and process improvements, through the utilization of SharePoint, and integration with Tableau Creator software
- Provide overall consultation, manage, and supervise Data Analyst(s) in development of metrics, and performance measures utilizing Tableau Creator software
- Provide other consultation to key staff as needed to include, but not limited to, presentation development, and analysis reporting on performance measurements trends
- Project Management Institute Project (PMI) Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 10+ years experience or Master's Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple functional areas and levels of expertise
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft (MS) Project
- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint
- Knowledge and experience with Tableau Creator software
