    AZ.

    Responsibilities


    • Provide high-quality and accurate delivery of radiation to patients by using our state-of-the-art Varian Edge and TrueBeam linear accelerators and GE Discovery RT large bore simulator.
    • Deliver therapeutic radiation following the prescription and instructions provided by the Radiation Oncologist.
    • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to proven clinical standards of procedure.
    • Work with other clinical staff to ensure an efficient workflow and thus provide an excellent patient experience.
    • Rotate between sites in Tucson and Green Valley (approximately 35 miles apart) based on clinical needs. We reimburse for mileage at the current federal rate.
    Qualifications


    • National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by the state regulatory agency.
    • BLS certification is required.
    • Our practice has one Varian TrueBeam and one Varian Edge linacs. We use ARIA and Eclipse software. Experience with those systems is desired, but we can train you.
