    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with insurance solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communications.
    • Use consultative selling techniques to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities to sell additional products.
    • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency environment or exceptional customer service experience.
    • Possession of a Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory; Life insurance license is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Compensation

    This is a fixed salary plus bonus opportunity based on performance and experience. Salary determined based on qualifications and negotiation during the hiring process.
