    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
    • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
    • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
    • Experience with Nethealth/PCC preferred

    Assignment Details

    • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
    • Shift Name: Days
    • Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
    • Patient Census: Approximately 79 patients
    • Productivity Requirement: 85% or higher

Housing options are available in nearby towns such as Sugar City and La Junta. The Director of Rehabilitation also resides in the area and can provide recommendations for housing during the interview process if requested.
