- Supervise and oversee self-performed work activities and subcontracted tasks.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, particularly in renovating commercial and institutional buildings and associated site work.
- Ensure project efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and maintain up-to-date safety credentials, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in relevant software commonly used in the construction industry.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Alternatively, 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree will be considered.
- Possess 5-7 years of experience with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor.
- Show proven experience in government contracting (preferred).
- Hold current CQM certification issued by USACE/NAVFAC.
- Demonstrate a track record of efficiently managing projects.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in spreadsheets, email, and other software commonly used in the construction industry.
