- Provide leadership as Manager on Duty in Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping
- Maintaining positive guest relations, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
- Prepare employee schedules according to business forecast maintaining union guidelines
- Perform other duties as requested by management.

- Previous experience with Springer Miller Systems (SMS) a plus
- Open scheduling for day, mid and swing shifts
