- Administers leave of absence including, short-term disability, long-term disability, and FMLA
- Manages HRIS System, Performance Dashboard, and Reporting
- Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company policies
- Participates in the onboarding of staff orientation related to company policy and standards
- Completes weekly payroll within the ADP Total System
- Open Enrollment and monthly benefit enrollments for new hires and change requests
- Oversees Worker's Compensation claims
- Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually, maintains other records, reports, and conforms to EEO regulations
- Coordinates annual review evaluation process with practice managers
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or SHRM certification preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and practices
- Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices
- Working knowledge of benefits and compensation programs
- ADP TOTAL Strongly preferred

We're in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized Human Resource Generalist to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. This is a part-time position.
