Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to leadership, manage schedules, prepare expense reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions. Duties also include organizing communication and correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience Human Resources Managament
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and organization skills to maintain efficient workflows
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in common office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a mission-driven or nonprofit organization is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $38.46 per hour

Annual Salary: $40,000

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time
