Job summary
The Jr.Account Manager/Office Coordinator serves as the primary,
first-line point of contact for assigned clients,
managing routine client communications
& requests within defined authority and escalating more complex
& sensitive matters to the Client Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for assigned clients via email & phone.
- Respond to routine client inquiries within established guidelines & authority.
- Triage incoming client requests, determining appropriate handling versus escalation.
