The Barista is responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to members and guests in a welcoming, polished country club environment.Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
- Operate coffee equipment POS systems handle cash or member charges accurately Maintain cleanliness organization of the barista station equipment seating areas Restock supplies assist with inventory as needed Follow all food safety sanitation health regulations Assist light food preparation service items as assigned Support special events tournaments peak service periods as needed Uphold clubs professional appearance service expectations at all times Other assigned duties
