    We are currently seeking a Production Manager.

    The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
    Manage production, negotiate critical dates for time and action, and approval process for each style
    Issue PO's to factory
    Book/Allocate fabrics and manage inventory for division
    Create memos on shortages and overages and update in RLM
    Work on PLM to enter costing and entering sample receipts
    Resolve and coordinate production issues by communicating with design, Sales, and Tech Design
    Track, receive and distribute yarn/fabric quality submits, lab dip submits fit samples and production samples with critical approval due dates to appropriate departments
    Monitor weekly WIP reports from factories /vendors
    Update shipment tracking reports
    Review and approve shipment extensions.
    Set up costing shell and targets for review with Director/Sr. Manager of Production.
    Approve vessel bookings with Import department
    Review Air Freight with Director of Production and Sales before initiating Air Freight Approval Forms

    Understand Product and have good taste level of design
    RLM and PLM knowledge
    Strong sourcing, negotiation, analytical and organizational
    Strong project management skills
    Ability to multi task and prioritize Working knowledge of the production process from development through finished goods at warehouse.
    MS Excel and Outlook proficiency required

    Salary Range: 90K-100K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
