Main duties include:
Design, build, and implement lean initiatives throughout the manufacturing facility
Facilitate improvement efforts such as Kaizen, 5S, and more
Train employees in lean and continuous improvement methodology
Lead and participate in ongoing improvement projects
Establish metrics to monitor and sustain improvements
Improve safety, reduce costs, increase production efficiency


Qualifications include:
A degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Lean or Six Sigma certifications
Strong knowledge of lean and 5S manufacturing techniques
Ability to teach and train others effectively
Excellent problem-solving ability, analytical
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
