    Description
    MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as an Aeronautical Engineer. A successful candidate will apply technical expertise in developing solutions to aircraft structural design problems.


    Basic Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical; 9 years experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 years with a Master's Degree
    • Experience making/updating Finite Element Models (FEM) in Patran, Hypermesh, FEMAP, or similar
    • Experience with running and interpreting Modal Analysis (SOL103), Random Vibration (SOL111), Transient Analysis (SOL112), Nonlinear analysis (SOL106/400)
    • Experience with developing vibration environments for aircraft (Mission Based Analysis) and maintaining Environment Criteria Documents (ECD)
    • Experience with vibroacoustic and data processing
    • Subsystem qualification experience (vendor testing, interpreting previous qualification data and making assessment to current predicted environments, delta qual, etc.)
    • Proficient in scripting language (MatLab, Python, VBA, C++, etc.)
