Position Summary:
The Nursing Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of and support to all patient care teams and ancillary departments, especially in the absence of unit leader.
Facilitates patient placement and coordination of care, crisis management resolution, and responds to Physician and Patient/Family needs. Ensures all regulatory and best practice standards are met.Is responsible for establishing and managing an ongoing relationship with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate a timely and integrated, and coordinated approach to care.
