UC Health is hiring for a Clinical Staff Pharmacist in our infusion pharmacy department in the Barrett Cancer Center; Blood Cancer Healing Center
General:
Clinical staff pharmacists fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information, and supervise and direct support personnel.
In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a clinical staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.
Specific:
Clinical staff pharmacists in UC Medical Center infusion centers work collaboratively with interprofessional colleagues to care for oncology and non-oncology patients receiving infusion agents and advanced therapies.
The pharmacist works with certified and infusion pharmacy technicians, clinical pharmacy specialists, and pharmacy leadership to promote comprehensive cancer care delivery.
