- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts with US and Japanese clients about cables, cable harnesses, electrical components, and other products.
- Visit new and existing clients in MI, OH, IN and KY to obtain up-to-date market information and present proposals or quotes.
- Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Create appropriate proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
- Assist and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, notify management of problems, and suggest corrective actions.
- Coordinate with various related departments such as Japanese HQ, the Warehouse Manager, and Inside Sales.
- Education / Work Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of sales or sales support experience in a business-to-business market.
