    Description
    Essential Duties
    • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts with US and Japanese clients about cables, cable harnesses, electrical components, and other products.
    • Visit new and existing clients in MI, OH, IN and KY to obtain up-to-date market information and present proposals or quotes.
    • Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
    • Create appropriate proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
    • Assist and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, notify management of problems, and suggest corrective actions.
    • Coordinate with various related departments such as Japanese HQ, the Warehouse Manager, and Inside Sales.
    Minimum Qualifications
    1. Education / Work Experience
      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
      • At least 1 year of sales or sales support experience in a business-to-business market.
