Job Summary
The CSR represents Citizen Advocates first contact with our clients greeting them professionally and friendly manner.This position maintains clinic operations with focus on front window check in/out and all related customer support activities.
Responsibilities include conducting intake activities verifying client information entering data into Netsmart accurately collecting co pay due scheduling follow up appointments maintaining clean equipment assisting with continual review of schedule transferring phones at end of shift preparing daily deposit scanning attaching documents into Netsmart responding to messages etc.
