- Match guest parking pass and provide real-time guidance to parking location
- Process cashless guest paymentsDirect vehicles on Arena campus roadways and through parking lots and to parking stallsConduct routine vehicle inventory counts before and during eventsProvide excellent customer service by assisting guests and employees promptly and in a friendly mannerMay perform other duties to ensure productive parking operationsincluding moving equipment including traffic cones barrels delineators movable signageand barricades to ensure efficient operationsFollow safety regulationsand standardsProvide basic parking lot upkeep including sweeping light litter removalPerform other duties as needed to ensure productive operations quality serviceand customer satisfaction
- High school education or equivalentBasic arithmetic skillsMust have one year previous experienceCore customer communication skillsAbilityto work effectively as a team playerMust have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays weekday evenings weekends early mornings late nights outdoors in all weather conditionsExperience working in the customer service industry is a plus
