Located on a 17-acre campus in Largo, FL, Oak Manor Senior Living Community has been proudly offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and independent living services to our community for over four decades.

We are currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center team. Whether you're seeking full-time (FT), part-time (PT), or per diem (PRN) positions, we have opportunities available for you. Don't miss out on our Baylor program, designed for those who prefer working two 16-hour shifts on the weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal hygiene and grooming as needed, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.
• Support residents with ambulation throughout all shifts and accompany them to various locations within the community.
• Help residents with their meals and snacks, ensuring proper nutrition and meal attendance.
• Manage dining areas, serve meals, and deliver trays to residents when required.
• Complete daily housekeeping tasks, such as making beds, organizing clothes, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Ensure working areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards, including nursing stations.
• Supervise, administer, and accurately record residents' medications as per protocols.
• Monitor residents' self-administration of medication and maintain detailed records.
• Report any notable changes in residents' conditions promptly to the Director of Nursing.
• Familiarize yourself with the community's emergency and fire safety procedures and assist in case of emergencies.
• Respond to any emergencies involving residents.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by the management.
