- Supervise all aspects of pharmacy department including dispensing, operations, financial, compliance, staff performance, and leadership.
- Verify sterile medications prepared by technicians.
- Sterile compound when needed and manage/maintain all inventory stock.
- Ensures the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies and standards.
- Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of North Carolina
- At least 2+ years inpatient or home infusion experience
- Sterile compounding experience preferred.
