(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):
Drives the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Leads and mentors a small team of product owners, providing direction and support in their daily activities.
Collaborates closely with engineering, product, corporate, marketing, operations and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Creates product strategy documents and roadmaps that describe business cases and high-level use cases
Assesses current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
Oversees the activities of Product and Development teams to ensure that all teams are coordinated and working toward a common purpose
Hires, supervises, and coaches team members to ensure that Movement's Product Team realizes its full potential
Implements organizational strategy with the Product team as defined by Movement Leadership
Manages assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
Tracks and reports on metrics for items assigned to the Product team
Establishes and implements project communications plans, providing status to stakeholders.
Successfully solves business problems by extending and enhancing Movement's corporate technology
As required, provides day to day escalation and system support to end users
Conducts user testing and gather feedback to validate and refine product concepts.
Monitors key product metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's success.
Confidently presents system demos, trainings, focus groups, and business meetings
Stays up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our products.
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$114, $154,750.00
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
