    Objectives of this role

    • Support and collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives
    • Ensure timely completion of marketing tasks and projects
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics
    • Work with email and digital marketing teams on special projects

    Responsibilities

    • Follow creative direction to achieve goals for advertising and public communications across various channels
    • Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns to ensure a consistent message
    • Build and maintain relationships with business and community partners through networking
    • Present ideas and final projects to teams and communicate with senior management about marketing programs
    • Identify effective marketing channels and platforms to reach customers
    • Act as a videographer/photographer at events and understand basic photography principles
    • Review written content for accuracy and messaging
    • Conduct a variety of marketing tasks and activities

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Strong multitasking and decision-making capabilities
    • Metrics-driven marketing approach with a creative flair
    • Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, and Meta marketplace
    • Willingness to travel

    Preferred skills and Experience

    • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies
    • Understanding of videography basics, including lighting and sound
    • Knowledge of SEO optimization tools and platforms like TikTok Shop and Meta Shop
