Ristorante Mulino in Southlake, TX is looking for one floor lead server to join our current team. We are located on 1125 David Blvd #450. Our ideal candidate is experienced in working a full service restaurant, and can lead our server team in providing excellent customer service. Will assist in training other servers and customer resolution as needed. Must be attentive to detail, punctual, and engaged on the floor. Willing to train the right person for this lead position but must have experience as a server. SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities

• Lead servers in providing great customer service
• Assist in ensuring food quality.
• Assist in training new servers.
• Assist in cleaning and setup as needed.
• Close out at end of shift.

Qualifications

• Full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in a lead position.
• Works well with other team members in front and back of house.
• Punctual, detail oriented, able to multi-task under pressure.
• Customer service oriented.
• Food handlers certificate
