- Manage calendars for attorneys, including coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging travel logistics, and organizing conference calls.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and check requests, and ensure timely processing in alignment with firm policies.
- Independently draft, format, compare, and finalize correspondence, legal agreements, memoranda, and other business documents under tight deadlines.
- Draft and manage engagement letters and related client intake documentation.
- Handle time entry, proactively manage attorney billing processes, and act as the key liaison with the firm's Accounting Department to resolve billing issues and ensure timely invoicing.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience supporting attorneys and/or high-level executives is required; experience within a law firm setting is highly desirable.
- High school diploma is required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement in carrying out responsibilities of the job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with iManage and SurePoint is highly desirable.
