    Position Overview::

    The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with Planning, Purchasing and Operations to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demand.

    What you will do::
    • Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize the desired inventory levels.
    • Develop and utilize inventory reports that show trends in all inventory levels in Finished Goods, Sub-Assemblies, Raw Materials and E&O for different sites/warehouses. Work with Finance to execute E&O disposition for scrapping monthly.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
    • Identify and make suggestions to resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Assist with inventory forecasting and planning.
    • Develop processes and procedures for creating a month end close relating to Inventory activities and E&O disposition.
    Skills for Success::
    • Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
    • Deep knowledge of the supply chain and manufacturing process to be capable to identify opportunities, make recommendations and implement projects that benefit inventory levels.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and skill in managing large Excel databases, graphs, and trends.
    • Ability for occasional travel may be necessary.
