    Our client, a software product-based industry, is seeking a technical program manager to join their team.

    Pay Range: $50-$55/hr on w2


    Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill the role of technical writer & project manager. This remote position involves heavy technical writing responsibilities coupled with project management tasks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in producing comprehensive documentation for our technical products, driving process innovation, and ensuring smooth business operations through effective project management.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dive into support cases to identify recurring user issues and devise strategies to streamline support requirements through enhancements to both public and internal documentation and troubleshooting guides.
    • Collaborate with the support team to identify support documentation needs and drive projects essential for the business's smooth operation.
    • Establish demo environments and drive process innovation and learning initiatives.
    • Foster collaboration across various teams to produce comprehensive documentation.
    • Prioritize tasks, collaborate with project managers and developers to gather relevant information, and meticulously update, review, and publish documentation.
    • Analyze support cases and identify patterns to improve documentation and support processes.

    Qualifications:

    • 3–4 years of previous experience in technical writing, project management, and technical projects.
    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in support cases.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools, including SQL databases, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

    Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
    1. 3–4 years of experience in technical writing (Writing support tickets and working with that team)
    2. 3–4 years of analytical experience (identify patterns in these cases)
    3. 3–4 Years of experience Project Management Experience
    4. 3–4 Years of experience Microsoft Suite (SQL Databases, MSOffice, PowerPoint, and Excel)
