    The ideal candidate must have architectural experience producing/coordinating retail, restaurant and/or commercial-type projects.

    The Assistant Project Manager is the project coordinator that works closely with internal and external project teams to coordinate the design and the production of high quality drawings and construction documents for permitting, bidding and construction.

    Responsible for developing proposals and communicates regularly with drafting staff to ensure all deadlines and project requirements are met.

    Provides support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project

    Checks drawings and coordinates the submission of architectural documents to city/county/governmental agencies.

    Qualifications:

    Education

    • Requires Associates/Bachelor's degree in architectural or related field, or equivalent experience.

    • AutoCAD 14- 15, MS Window Excel, Word and Outlook, Revit/BIM is a plus



    • Abilities

    • Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration

    • Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants and contractors.

    • Must be highly organized and detail oriented to manage multiple projects and deadlines

    • Ability to effectively supervise and mentor staff Possess excellent communications skills

    • Speak, read and write English proficiently.

    • Professional Certification

    • AutoCad training and/or certification program



    • Experience

    • Minimum 6 – 8 years project coordination and drafting
