    Job SummaryCentral Washington University is recruiting a Community Clinic Director to join our Psychology team in Ellensburg, Washington.

    This roll is an important member of our team as they will oversee the Community Counseling and Psychologic Assessment Center for the University.

    The role is a campus-based, two-year project position, which means you get to see the lives you are impacting. We're offering a salary, depending on experience, from $80,717 - $90,000 annually plus the awesome CWU benefits.

    The Community Counseling Clinic Director will play crucial role in serving the community's increased counseling needs for youth in the next two years.

    You will be part of the Psychology Department and offer and supervise youth counseling services in the clinic.

    As Clinic Director you would have your own limited caseload of youth clients in order to provide individual or small group services to the community.

    Under the general direction of the department chairperson, you will manage the counseling services in the clinic.

    An important part of this role will be collaborating with department faculty on graduate student training experiences, including working with faculty to assign youth clients.

    You will also engage in on-call responsibilities for the clinic.

    The Role:


    The licensed counselor Clinic Director will manage the delivery of clinic services and will help the Psychology department provide an increase in mental health support for Kittitas County youth, aged 12-17 years.

    They will provide direct counseling services to a limited number of youth clients including offering individual and group counseling. The Clinic Director will collaborate with faculty and the community in providing graduate students with clinic evidence-based counseling training. This work will involve collaborating with Ellensburg School District to serve youth clients in the Clinic. This position is a two-year externally funded position.
