    Description
    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team and operate trucks for our roll-off dumpster operations. The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment while providing essential services to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Safely operate commercial vehicles, including roll-off trucks, to transport dumpsters to and from customer sites.
    2. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the safe and proper functioning of the vehicle.
    3. Secure loads and ensure that they are properly positioned and balanced on the truck.
    4. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
    5. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes.
    6. Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
    7. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance activities.
    8. Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting tires.
    9. Follow safety protocols at all times to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
    10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities as required.
    Qualifications:
    • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience operating roll-off trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
    • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for commercial driving.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
