    Full Stack Developer


    Location:
    Hybrid at a Fidelity LOCATION


    Duration:
    1+ year

    Individual will be responsible for thought leadership, creative problem solving, provide appropriate escalation of issues and resolve escalated issues using solution knowledge and expertise in a complex environment.


    • Individual should have the capability to analyze the technical, business problem and should be proactive in resolving them.
    • Participate on projects to perform migrations, upgrades, installations and/or configurations, complete project sizing; updates/writes documentation and procedures.
    • As a senior member of the team, Individual will be accountable for the application, and its accuracy in meeting customers need
    • Individual's responsibilities include solution delivery, review team's technical work, be a hands-on coach to the team, incubating forward looking solutions and technologies
    • This position will collaborate closely with a diverse team of Business leaders, Technology leaders, Project Managers, Functional Analysts and Engineers to deliver to internal and external Group Benefits Business initiatives
    • Develop architecture and solution designs
    • Hands on End-to-End development with UI (Front End), Java and any CMS (Like SDL Tridion. AEM etc.)
    • Node JS
    • Mentor, motivate, influence, drive innovation, and coach broader technical team
    • Provide technical and solution guidance to the team
    • Conduct design and code reviews for the team delivery
    • Oversight of junior developer and vendor development work
    • Develop iterative implementation plans and strategies
    • Estimate as part of release plan and iteration plan exercises
    • Defining solution and technology roadmaps
    • Continuous Technology, Process and Automation innovation and improvements
    • Key participant in user story breakdowns, user story elaboration, and user story reviews
    • Serve as an escalation point for deployments, and change oversight, enabling highly visible business priorities
    • A self-starter capable of acting independently and proactively without requiring management oversight
    • Lead interactions with business and technology leaders across the global lines of businesses
    Required Skills


    • 10+ years of experience in Software Development
    • Proficient in Front end technologies JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, JSON, CSS, GULP, SASS, Google Maps and XML
    • Proficient in Backend Technologies such Java, Sprint, Spring Boot
    • Proficient in building application utilities using Node JS
    • Proficient in building application with Responsive Web Design
    • Proficient in any Java based Content Management System (SDL Tridion or AEM)
    • Experience working on project teams with excellent analytical, problem solving, and communications skills
    Preferred Skills


    • Excellent verbal and written skills required
    • Experience using version control system like Bitbucket and GitHub
    • Proficient with AWS Services and Products
    • Experience supporting web applications for technical support business units
    • Must have worked with web application build, deployment, and release management
    • Expertise on setting up and maintaining development, staging, production environments, as well as operations and infrastructure
    Required Skills
    Full stack Engineer; (heavier on Java/J2EE) that have some knowledge of Tridion and how it works and have some experience utilizing it

    • Tridion CMS experience
    • JavaScript & Node JS experience-; Will flex some on the nodejs side but Javascript is a MUST
    • Java., Java/J2EE experience
    • Responsive web design
    • Good troubleshooting experience
