Job Description:+ Responsible for packing bagged avocados according to correct bag and avocado quality based on company standards+ Understand the differences in avocados including but not limited to size, label, color, ripeness, and overall quality+ Understand the various customers and the specifications in quality that each customer requires+ Understand the various proper packing procedures including but not limited to box types and bag configurations+ Determine fruit and bag quality and sort according to company and customer quality standards+ Utilize any supporting packing materials for all product types+ Ensure the working area is always clean and ready according to company standards Undergo safety and job training pertinent to your job+ Complete other duties as directed by supervisors or leads

Work Environment:+ Fast-paced cold and wet environment+ Food facility requires food-safe behavior+ Work in cold conditions from 38F to 50F
GMP Facility:+ Gloves, Hair Nets, and Beard Nets (Will be required)+ No fake/acrylic nails and no jewelry+ No food/gum/tobacco/beverages in the facility (break rooms okay)+ Clean clothing required/Close Toe Shoes Required+ NO overly baggy clothing, shorts, tank tops, crop tops, skirts, open-toe shoes
