    Location: Norfolk, VA

    Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to join our team as a Data Management and HR Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, proficiency in Excel, and experience supporting HR operations through HRIS systems.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Critical/HARD Skills:
    1. Data management experience
    2. Excel experience, including vlook-ups and pivot tables
    3. HR Operations experience, preferably with HRIS systems
    • Nice to Have Skills:
    1. Experience with ServiceNow
    2. Experience with Workday (Preferred but not required)
