Job summary
We are seeking experienced, licensed Home Inspectors to perform on-site residential inspections across Florida.This is a contract position ideal for dependable professionals who can meet deadlines, follow inspection protocols, and maintain professional interactions with homeowners.

- Perform thorough residential inspections in accordance with Florida standards and company protocols
- Accurately complete inspection forms, checklists,
and photo documentation for each property - Identify risks, deficiencies,
safety concerns and note them clearly in the report
