Experience and Qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience.
Masters Degree and 5+ years of experience.
Additional experience is accepted in lieu of a degree
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Poly clearance active
Ability to engage Senior Government Leadership and Stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high visibility environment.
Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
Proficient in tactical and operational planning across various intelligence disciplines.
Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setup.
Experience utilizingintelligence production expertise for data and knowledge integration.
Analytical and troubleshooting prowess.
Senior-level experience in supporting All Source Analysis in Defense or Intelligence communities.
Proven ability to adapt analytical procedures to evolving requirements.
Knowledge of the Defense All-Source Analysis Enterprise structure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis.
Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.
Working knowledge of MIDB, SOM, RKS, FADE or similar.
Familiarity with Object Based Production concepts.
Background in data science is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence is a plus
