    Description
    DEL REY Systems and Technology, Inc. is a government contractor headquartered in San Diego California. We are currently looking for an experienced Management Analyst Journeyman for the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio and the NASA Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky, Ohio.

    DUTIES and RESPONSBILITIES
    • Gathers and organizes information on problems or procedures.
    • Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
    • Confers with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
    • Develops and implements records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assures compliance with program.
    • Reviews forms and reports and confers with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose and to identify problems and improvements.
    • Interviews personnel and conducts on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Documents findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedure, or organizational changes.
    • Prepares manuals and trains workers in the use of new forms, reports, procedures, or equipment, according to organizational policy.
    • Designs, evaluates, recommends, and approves changes of forms and reports.
    • Plans study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
    • Provides a variety of highly complex management analyses.
    • Work to identify the processes that need to be established for relevant work.
    • Assist in the coordination of projects and day-to-day activities with the team.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in any field of study, or 24 semesters hours of college coursework in business-related fields.
    • Requires three years of experience in a business-related field demonstrating self-confidence, management workload, ability to communicate with diverse individuals.
