- Diagnose and treat malocclusions and misalignments of teeth and jaws.
- Plan and execute orthodontic treatments, including the use of braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their guardians on orthodontic treatment options and post-treatment care.
- Provide guidance on oral hygiene practices during orthodontic treatment.
- Counsel patients on habits that may impact orthodontic outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with general dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain effective communication with the dental team to facilitate smooth operations and uphold high-quality care standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated with the latest orthodontic practices and technologies
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
- Current NY license to practice Orthodontics
- Completion of an Orthodontic Residency Program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on patient education
- Ability to manage patients with sensitivity and patience
- 2 or more years of experience as an Orthodontist
- Experience working in a tech enabled company
- Board Certification in orthodontics

About the RoleWe're on the lookout for a compassionate and patient-centric Orthodontist to join our esteemed Founding Clinical team. Pay, Perks & Benefits at RitualThe base pay for this role is $1500 daily rate, plus production bonus. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws.
